I am a web developer by day, a software developer by night. Currently working at Inbox Marketer Inc., where my main responsibilities are working on their new Email Deployment System, and also coding HTML/JavaScript/ASP for their clients. Prior to Inbox Marketer, I worked as a subcontractor for Digital Socorro, a small web-app development company with a focus on start-up clients. I also worked as an intern at Hippopost Inc.

The language that I'm working with doesn't matter so much - it's fairly easy to just pick up a new piece of technology and build something with it. Take for example, PHP. Barely 8 months ago today, I was just reading up what PHP meant on wikipedia. Today, I have completed numerous projects with PHP and more to come shortly. Many of the projects have become incorporated into this site.

A recurring theme in my work is the strive for elegance. What's the simplest solution? Is the simplest also the most elegant? Perhaps a solution needs to be complex out of necessity but simple enough to be useful. In the struggle to fit the most information in the least space, I have looked to a variety of arts as part of my research into Human-Computer Interaction.
